Uworld is the best qbank available. Great questions, great explanations. Good mix of facts that are high yield, good clinical knowledge, pathophysiology, etc. Kaplan is a bunch of nonsense. Uworld also looks exactly like the pance (layout, colors, everything) so after a month of uworld the pance felt like I was sitting down to do uworld questions.

But a part of bar prep is getting used to patterns, and switching between uworld and adaptibar got a bit confusing at one point bc they have different explanations for the same type of questions. I have used both UWorld and Adaptibar. If you have Themis, you don't need Adaptibar. I agree with some of the other comments, UWorld is on par with Adaptibar. Personally I like the UWorld explanations way better. The other thing I like about UWorld is they tell you how old the licensed questions are and update them to the current format.

So for example, when it tells you do a session of 34 questions, split it up that way. He suggested that eventually (in the last month) to only do the adaptibar questions.
